These pencils are firm and give off enough color. They also do well on black paper. They can also be blended, as long as you don't press too hard on the tip.The only downside is that there are no color numbers or names. So I numbered the pencils myself, so that I can make a color chart, because the colors on the back of the pencils do not always represent the colors correctly.The cardboard case is inconvenient, because you can't see at all which color you're taking, so I put them in another case.

Pencils are ok, but not great. The purple had green color mixed inside the core for about 1cm. Can give a nasty surprise when drawing.

Deze potloden hebben een heel mooi pigment, ook had al de 36 set en was blij verrast om deze set van 50 stuks te vinden.De kleuren zijn erg mooi en ook wel apart , ik hen meerdere potloden sets van verschillende merken maar deze kleuren heb ik daar niet in zitten.

Goede potloden. Kleuren goed. Prima set. Leuke aanvulling op gewone kleurloos.

I was excited to try out the Faber-Castell 100 Black Edition pencils after watching a documentary about the brand on YouTube, but honestly, I'm pretty disappointed.Two of the pencils arrived with broken tips, which is surprising since they’re advertised as unbreakable. These were already broken when I got them, but I just turned a blind to this at first and sharpened them but then later, I noticed another pencil with visible scratches on the lacquer, and one with a factory mistake where the lacquer is missing on half of it. A few of the pencils are also shorter than the others, and I haven’t even sharpened them.Unfortunately, I can’t return them anymore because I didn’t act on the broken tips right away, and only noticed the other defects later. Considering how much Faber-Castell is praised for its quality, I really expected more. I’m not happy with this purchase, especially for the price.

Loved the colour range and ease of sharpening. They don't break so easily.

Wife said their Brilliant and you get nice colours on dark paper she would recommend them and she said they will last her long time and they blend well. A lot easer to use and brilliant tips, and good value for money.
