This set is perfect for my artwork in grey toned paper. The markers are well inked and smooth to apply.

Alhoewel ik veel van de dingen die Faber-Castell maakt schitterend vindt, valt dit niet onder die noemer.De zwarte pen is goed, maar de witte zijn echt te weinig dekkend, het beste dat je eruit kan krijgen over zwart is een grijze kleur.Spijtig - indien je naar wit zoekt zijn Poska en Sakura Gelly Roll beter.

Base agua, pintan muy bien

These pens are a useful addition to the (ever growing) arsenal of artists materials.The obvious use is for adding highlights to your work, or maybe touching up mistakes when working on white paper, but I've also used them to create line drawings on coloured papers.The pens available include a bullet pen, which offers a consistent line, a brush pen which can put down a line of varied thickness depending on pressure, from hair width thin through to a broader stroke, and a calligraphy nib which, though not so useful for drawing, does exactly what you'd expect it to do.There's also a black fine liner which, although some have criticised its inclusion, is actually useful for touching up errors made with the white pen while working on black paper and, if working on mid tone papers using the white pens, is a great way to add shadow and texture. So, a worthy inclusion.The only criticism is that the white is sometimes a little more transparent than I'd like. However, that can be used to your advantage - you can layer applications to change the value throughout your drawing.
