Remarkably low quality. The adjuster screw-guide was not square and was binding so tightly against the screw shank that i had to put the thing in my vise just to turn the screw. Classic crap made without thinking. The only thing that keeps me from hating it is that after application of hammer, file, and vise, it can be converted from useless to adequate.
