These were the needle-in-a-haystack, exactly what I wanted find. Perfect color- I ordered the gray because I wanted almost black, but softer. They are very dark but no pitch black. ordered M-L (for a 5'-1" 145 lbs) and they fit beautifully - no hard tugging but no wrinkling, bunching anywhere. Sturdy but super soft material withstood rough hands, heels that typically would leave picks/ pulls. I only wish they were easier to get in the US.

With Falke you tend to pay that little extra for quality and that can be an issue for some, justifying that extra initial cost before even purchasing them, or even those who have purchased them and experienced mixed reactions.All I can comment on is my own experience and Falke have never let me down. I have found they fit as expected, haven't had a pair that have ripped (as yet), they are 'thick' without feeling or looking it and their quality has always remained strong. Value for money is a big thing and with that in mind, despite the more costly initial outlay compared to supermarket or other brands, I have found that in the long run Falke tights tend to be more cost effective, i.e. they have lasted much longer and I have continued to have worn some for many years, long after other brand's tights gave up or ripped.One of their appeal points to me is their willingness to manufacture tights in their semi-opaque and opaque ranges, in a wide range of different and wonderful colours.These yellow (Marigold) Pure 50 Denier semi-opaque tights are certainly a different colour to most and not to everyone's style or taste however it gives an option to those of us who maybe want to pair a different colour of tights with that skirt or dress, rather than the usual black or tan, etc.The colour is rich and strong, found no inconsistencies in the fabric and they fit to a tee, plenty of room but not saggy. I wear XL due to height.They are very soft on your legs, maybe not the most sift ever but nearly there. Easy to walk in, no snagging, and they glide majestically under your skirt or dress hemline.They are matte, which means for those wary of tights that are too shiny, no need for concern.

The color is not the same as in the photos in the product description. The color is not red, but lilac
