Works great

this is a wonderful replica of the real thing. It comes with a metal rod that connects motor to the propellers. It is real important to get this rod as straight as possible before it is installed. If you do that, you will put together a model of the real thing that looks great.

The product arrived and appeared to be in good condition. Once opened, it was clear it was poorly packed at the factory. Pieces were off the sprue, the transfers were stuck to the instructions, and some parts were slightly damaged. The parts were not secure in the package! Definitely not the shippers fault as the exterior of the producer's box was undamaged.Very disappointed. I expected much, much better quality from Faller.

motor does not work

Was very disappointed. It took so long to get it I did not want the expense of sending it back. After putting it together The motor on the Wind Generator pops and sputters and the Wind Generator turns good for a couple of times and then it will go around it jerks and pops and sputters like it is coming apart. I had purchased this to me a highlight of my 5' x 9' HO model railroad train layout and now this is the big dud in the center of the layout.I don't understand why there were not better instruction in the package. I have read and re-read the instruction and all directions completely and can't find out how to resolve the poping and sputtering problem so I guess I just purchased a piece of Junk fromthe country of Germany through Amazon.com. Wish I had not spent that much money and time on a piece of Junk. Just really disappointed.
