Moule souple. Pour le chocolat, les nuages et les lunes se démoulent très bien. Pour les soleils, pas essayé. Pour les étoiles se démoulent avec la pâte à sucre.

I used these to make the decorations for a cake as shown. They were one of the best set of moulds I have ever used and the decorations came out smooth without cracking. I made my own modelling paste using sugarpaste and tylo powder and once they were air dry I painted them with edible gold paint, I would definitely buy more moulds from the same company and recommend them. And they can be reused again and again. And I would think they could possibly be used for both edible and non edible materials.
