I mean, i bought other shirts for compression and they work and fit perfectly. This one, although its bigger in size than my other shirts from the same product line and seller, doesn't fit at all. I tried to put it on both from on top and as a skirt, both ways didn't work. And trying it on as a skirt, once a part of it was on my belly i started to feel nauseous. It has pushed my guts up to my neck lol. And i did vomit adter it was off. It was well made, good fabric just like my shirt. Fast delivery

I tried this product not because I intend to wear it all the time, but only when I have to wear a suit (a little tight when jacket is buttoned). I just needed my stomach brought in by about an inch or slightly more to have my suit jackets fit just right, and this "shirt" did the trick perfectly. It's great for a minor adjustment like that; I think the very negative reviews are more from people who were looking for a drastic change to their figure from this item, which is not realistic.As for putting it on, it makes much more sense to step into the "shirt" rather pull it over your head (anyone who runs and owns a Flipbelt will understand). With just your underwear on, step into the item. You'll have to roll it initially because it is rather tight, but once you get it to your stomach area, you can unroll (it is tough though, but it's supposed to be!). The bottom part will roll up slightly over time, but the rolls won't go all the way up; they'll stop at the bottom of the stomach. Actually, the one or two rolls form a nice boundary and help secure the stomach even more, so it's a good thing.I prefer to put the "shirt" OVER my undershirt (then my dress shirt goes over it), but there are times when you'll have to put the "shirt" underneath your undershirt if your wearing a white transparent shirt (the item has a thick band that can easily be seen under a white transparent shirt.It's comfortable once you put it on; won't restrict breathing. I agree with some reviewers when they say it actually gives some back support.Long story short, this $30 item saved me from having to replace my suits, which we know can add up quickly. I can't report if the item loses its tension over time since I haven't had it long enough to say.Great item as long as know how to use it. It's for a minor adjustments, not major changes.

I bought this as my belly hangs over my trousers and it hurts the skin at the buckle. Also, my builder's bum gapes out and both drive me mad. This solved both and as a bonus supports my lower back which gives me so much pain I can not stand it. At first, it is tight and takes 2 to put it on but then it gives a little and is amazing. Its Italian made. This is a brilliant bit of kit.
