I love to be in the water and have dreaded getting my locs fully wet. This cap are not 100% water proof but work well.You have to be careful putting them on for fear of ripping the plastic elastic band. Once that is breached you might as well throw it away.

This swimming cap is just what I wanted. It's of good quality, comfortable to wear and it looks nice as far as swimming caps go. I have med length hair so use a small clip to hold my hair up before I put on the cap. I only do breast stroke when swimming and don't put my head under water. The cap hold firm with just the hair at the base of my neck getting wet. I feel that wearing a cap prevents the clorine affecting my hair as I try to swim up to 4 times a week.
