So this is the first FDX i have brought. Good point the gel pad is nice and comfy compaired to the shorts i normally wear so seem to be good for a longer ride after an hour no bum ache so a good start. Bad bits funny fit the top half fits snuggly 5ft11" 30 inch waist m size all gravey, shorts however are not tight enough against the thighs and the pad is in a bizarre position and seems to far up the back meaning most of the paddung hangs off the seat and not on your bum !! Ok shows your sausage abit but who really worries about that when racing 🤔 a good all-rounder for training, long races we will have to see will update after i have done one in two weeks

Definately a case of you get what you pay for. The fit is a bit odd, it is wide round the middle. Not a racing cut, more clubman. The chamoise is in a funny position too far up the back so it doesn’t cover your sit bones. The material is that cheap shiny Lycra which is very thin. Keeps you cool though
