Bought this for my daughters 2nd birthday. Came in a very large, quite heavy box which does show the finished item. Took me and my 12 year old son 1.5 hours to build it, very simple instructions, no parts missing only needed scissors and a cross head screwdriver to assemble. We 'wrapped' it in a large tarpaulin for her to unwrap on the day.It's a fab house, great games attached which will range from very simple to more difficult/suitable for older children but all brilliant for developing hand eye coordination and gross motor skills. The basketball hoop can be lower or higher depending on your preference and the skittles fix in so that they don't fall over and end up going flying. All in all a great little play house that will be enjoyed for a good couple of years.Only potential problem is that it isn't that heavy once assembled and if you live I an exposed area (like the coast as we do) it may need tethering down in gales
