Replaced the original cap which had failed however this new cap does not do the job.thread pitch is fine and the cap will screw on adequately BUT the locking mechanism doesn't function. there is no 'click' at the end to lock it in place, no matter how much you force the cap. This may cause issues with coolant pressure that I'm not willing to risk.Also the sticker is upside down (relative to the thread and locking latch which matches the original) which indicates this was either incorrectly made or incorrectly advertised as suitable for my vehicle. The cap is fully tightened in the attached photoWill be requesting a refund.
