We hebben nu onze tweede exemplaar. Net als bij de eerste is ook bij deze de motor niet meer krachtig genoeg om het water omhoog te pompen.

Helaas is deze fontein al na 3 maanden stuk, het water loopt nl niet meer in de drinkschaal wat nu?

First, we were very happy with it, was easy to assemble, worked well, and is quiet.However, after 6 months we are getting rid of it. Unfortunately, it is annoying to clean and spills a lot. The cable is attached to the lid which makes it clunky and difficult to clean properly when refilling or changing filters. And the worst is that the water pressure has just disappeared, it has not been moved, it has enough water, we use the filter that came with it, however, the flow has just become so little that it doesn't fill up the plate enough to fill completely, so our cats drink less too. A relatively new problem started about a month ago but definitely bad enough to have to switch to a new machine.

Mon chat l'adore et moi aussi. Très belle, très fonctionnelle, ne fait pas de bruit. Dans le noir personne ne se prend les pattes ou les pieds dedans. Facile à nettoyer et les filtres sont très facilement trouvable sur Amazon

Our old other one was a little loud, so this is wonderful!I chose the clear/opaque with the blue light night light in it- perfect amount of brightness & love it matches my kitchen.I was so excited to get it washed, up and running, only to find out our pump did not work. I sent an email and got a response from "Amy." She was very kind, attentive and quick corresponding to say she would have another sent out right away. Then confirmed when it would be arriving. Very smooth transaction and delightful customer service!! She gets a raise😉

Update: Jan 2024:Seller accepted the return for a full refund and we purchased an identical replacement. The new one is working flawlessly and we are very pleased!Original review:Unfortunately, we sorted this out after the return date expired.The water dish started making an odd noise. At first we thought it was the plug, so we actually did fix the plug as it needed to be, but then we kept hearing the noise. There was no indication it was making the noise because it was low on water.Just to be on the safe side, we added water to it and the noise stopped. We realized that the sensor isn't working properly, but now we can't return it or exchange it.Hopefully this isn't something that happens all the time. I was super excited about getting this one as it is very nice and very quiet.

It's not so good item. it's only looks grate and that's it. it is not convenient to remove the motor for washing and all the other tubes, the upper part for washing is very convenient but inside is not convenient at all. there are simpler fountains and they look just as good. my cat did not drink from it, it stood for three weeks as a test, the animal did not like it at all, he liked other fountains more, the first time I saw such a reaction from him. although it is quite quiet, not very bright backlight, pleasant but something is wrong.

So, I need ya to know that in order for this water fountain to work properly, you really need to understand how to fully take apart the filters and water pump to properly clean it out! I have had mine for a little over a year now, and a month or two in, the water fountain started to have issues where it wasn't pumping the water properly.Yes, it could have needed a new water pump, but what I didn't realize is that I had to really take the whole thing apart to clean all of the pieces necessary. Once I did that, It worked as it did when I first purchased it!It's a great water fountain, i love the way it looks and the light at the bottom that lets you know when it's time to fill the water up again. It's one of the easiest water fountains to clean and refill on a weekly basis (2 cats), but when you need to do your monthly deep-cleaning - that's where the effort and energy comes in. Make sure to have a tool kit that has a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the "impeller" as they call it and you're good to go! It takes about 30 mins once a month to clean all of that out and it seems to work well.It's still going over a year now! I say give it a try, If i could give a more accurate rating, I'd give it a 4.6.
