De AX211 HDMI 2.1 Audio Extractor is een krachtige oplossing om het geluid van een HDMI-bron naadloos over te dragen naar een geluidssysteem met HDMI-ingangen. Hij stuurt het audiosignaal door via een HDMI-uitgang en maakt tegelijkertijd de overdracht van het videosignaal naar je display zonder verlies mogelijk. Je kunt zo de beste videofuncties van je scherm gebruiken, maar toch een ouder HDMI-audiosysteem gebruiken voor optimaal geluid.
Of je nu gameconsoles zoals de PS5 of Xbox, een pc of streaming-boxen zoals Apple TV en Fire TV gebruikt, de AX211 biedt de flexibiliteit om bestaande geluidssystemen met nieuwe displays te combineren. Daarbij ondersteunt hij geluidsformaten met hoge resolutie zoals Dolby Atmos en DTS:X, om een meeslepende geluidservaring te garanderen.
De AX211 optimaliseert de audio-overdracht door mogelijke latenties te elimineren en zo de geluidskwaliteit altijd hoog te houden. Bovendien kan de AX211 ook audioformaten afspelen die je tv mogelijk niet ondersteunt, zoals DTS. HDMI 2.1 kenmerken:
De extractor ondersteunt de HDMI 2.1 functies VRR, ALLM, QFT en FVA voor gaming en videoresoluties tot 4K 120Hz 12-bit of 8K 60Hz 12-bit. De maximale gegevenssnelheid mag 48 Gbps bedragen.
De extractor ondersteunt dus de maximaal mogelijke videoresoluties en -functies van gaming-pc en spelconsoles zoals Xbox of Playstation.
Gebruik het volledige geluidspotentieel
Het audiosignaal van de speler wordt via de extractor aan je geluidssysteem gegeven. Er zijn 9 verschillende instellingen voor de EDID-modus. Hiermee kunnen ook 5.1 audioformaten op een monitor of videoprojector worden geforceerd.
ARC-functie
Als je de AX211 op de HDMI-eARC/ARC-aansluiting van een tv gebruikt en eARC inschakelt, kun je ook het interne tv-geluid (van apps of van het ontvangstdeel) via de HDMI-audio-uitgang overdragen.

Good device , does the job.However when I connect the input along with earc( from tv) and audio extractor to the av receiver the audio starts flickering.

So you're stuck with an 4K / 120Hz / G-Sync / VRR / HDR capable TV but your older high-end hifi AV receiver doesn't support these things? If you ask HiFi stores, they'll try to sell you a new AV receiver.Well no more. You can just buy this thing, and it works! I finally can enjoy my 5.1 / 7.1 audio on my PC (connected to TV) AND have 4k 120Hz HDR & G-Sync enabled. I'm beyond excited. This device works flawlessly and it works instantly.Be sure to set the 3 switches on the front correctly to match your setup! If you want 5.1 audio on PC from video games, you need to put it on 000!

Ich hab das gerät jetzt wenige Tage im Gebrauch und macht genau was ich wollte. Es überträgt mein 5.1pcm sound von meinem gaming PC an meinen sound Receiver und das Bild an meinen 4k TV. 120fps VRR und sogar Gsync funktionieren weiterhin ohne Probleme.Nur die Rote status LED ist mir persönlich ein bisschen zu hell aber das ist meckern auf dem höchstem Niveau 😅.90€ haben mir etwas weh getan ngl aber dafür ist mein usecase jetzt wunschlos abgedeckt deswegen war es das definitiv trotzdem wert 😇.

Right so this thing actually works. It turned my HDMI 2.0a Onkyo receiver in to a E-ARC capable device. Instructions are a bit unclear to set it all up though. If you just want to "strip" the E-ARC from the HDMI connection you need to connect the E-ARC from your TV to the first OUT (E-ARC) port and the receiver on the AUDIO OUT port, then activate E-ARC with the button on the device that the E-ARC light turns on on the device. Works a charm, CEC works fine as well, using EDID 000 here. I also tried using it with an actual input device (Coreelec box) and that works as well but for my usecase just stripping the E-ARC is a more elegant solution.

Perfecto para obtener la máxima calidad gráfica en la TV y de audio en un AVR más antiguo. En mi caso, tengo la PS5 con una tele HDMI 2.0 con 4k@60,HDR, VRR y ALLM, y el AVR es HDMI 1.4. Este aparato permite usar todas estas funciones, manteniendo sonido LPCM 7.1 para el mejor sonido posible. Incluso permite tener 120hz en AUTO en la PS5 sin perder el sonido, como me pasaba cuando usaba un splitter HDMI (el AVR no soporta 120hx y por tanto tmpaoco descodificaba el sonido.)También tiene la función de ARC/eARC pero solo sirve si tienes TV con eARC (HDMI 2.1) y un AVR sin eARC o una TV con ARC y AVR sin ARC. En mi caso esto no ofrece ninguna ventaja, pero sería ideal para los que quieran aprovechar esta tecnologia sin comprar un AVR nuevo.Por último, destacar que la atención al cliente de FeinTech es absolutamente impecable (gracias Henrik!). Tanto antes como después de la compra, contestan rápida y amablemente, con información completa y específica para cada caso.

Großartiger support und funktioniert gut! Leider wird HDMI CEC nur an das Video Gerät weitergeleitet aber nicht an das Audio device. Daher für mich nicht das richtige, gibt es aber sonst auch nirgends in einem Gerät.
