Im using this for my series X and my LG CX. If you use an Xbox X, Atmos setup and a LG tv, than it highly likely that you will encounter audio delay problems. This device helps with that. The delay is not 100% gone, but greatly reduced to “acceptable”.Microsoft is having this problem since the Xbox one version, and it’s still not fixed.

HDMI passthrough of my receiver couldn't handle 4k60hz so I needed to extract the audio source from my Nvidia shield and split the video/audio signal. This device does that perfectly.

It does what it says but with a few issues:- It still sends some kind of video signal to the TV so upon turning on the TV and other random moments (sometimes starting a new video stream) your TV will change to the EARC input you have the device plugged into.- With a Samsung TV I have to leave the receiver on as using HDMI CEC to turn the receiver on or off will result in stereo output only until you cycle through the audio output menu.

Finely a solution.Fixes Dolby Atmos delay on LG CX with Xbox series X and makes eARC possible on my Denon AVR-X1300W.

Geeft de signalen perfect door. het geluid gaat naar mijn Yamaha versterker die 1080P is en het beeld gaat naar mijn Sony OLED A8 met Doby Vision HDR. Perfect. Ik gebruik er 2 1x voor de UHD 4K firestick en 1x voor de Mediaplayer/streamer voor 4K films en Dolby Vision. De firestick geeft standaard Dolby Vision door.

Two words: highly recommended!If you have a nice werking AV receiver with HDMI but without eARC, this may help you a lot!Short update: Issue with Tidal. Cannot play Master files through it......I have been using my good old Yamaha RX-V663 for many years. Only two hdmi inputs had been tough, but managed to get Dolby DTS, MA, HD..all worked fine until we got a nice new 4k TV - I had to change everything at home. The receiver does ofcourse not support 4k and eARC is a thing now.I would love to have a new receiver, but hard to get and I would like to wait for one covering the 4:4:4 on 4k with 120hz (as having a playstation 5 and TV both supporting this).The 2 inputs is so tough, thus all signals have to go to the TV first instead of the receiver.Now eARC is a terrific technology....when your receiver would support it.....Mine does not, therefore no benefit from the TrueHD / MA signals.. using an optical cable also does not support these formats and of course the PS5 no longer has a separate audio port.I had to find out a way to get eARC working, while awaiting some new AV receivers later on in 2023(?). Could buy an older one or spend a lot on a new receiver while knowing I would want a newer type..After a long search, I came up onto this device. What if I could get just the audio signal and send it towards my receiver? It would be quite simple and possible to do..This device actually does exactly what I hoped for! It receives the eARC from the TV and it actually sends the audio to the other output port and into my receiver, getting the actual high resolution audio I hoped for!Quality:Build quality is way higher than I expected. It feels way more sturdy than it looks. It even does not creak when you push on it :)The explanation is perhaps a bit tough at first, but very clear, you have to read it a few times, then it is quite logical.It supports two modes:Mode 1: Extract the audio from the hdmi signal and send the audio to the other port.Reason why you have to connect two cables to both "output" ports: the eARC would probably return (therefore "output") a signal towards the TV that the mode is supported.2 cables: one hdmi cable from eARC/ARC Out 1 into the TV, one hdmi cable from Audio Out 2 into an HDMI input of your AV receiver. I did read about people having issues with signals when trying to put it into an ARC hdmi port. My receiver hasn't got any arc standards, therefore just one of the other, normal HDMI inputs.You also have to leave the eARC switch to on. The other EDID switch is not used in this mode, you can leave it.Mode 2: use the box between a device like some player and the TV. You have to turn off ARC/eARC switch for that and set the EDID on Out 1 or 2 what you would prefer. I am not using this function.Overall, I am really happy with this. It really saves me a lot of burden and money on configurations and or a new receiver!

FeinTech VAX01202'i almakdan memnun kaldım ancak bir kaç hususu değerlendirerek ve bunları bilerek alışverişinizi yapmanızı tavsiye ediyorum. Öncelikle cihaz vaat ettiklerini yerine getiriyor ama tam bir mükemmellikte değil. Benim Tv, Sony 65xg9505 (eARC var) ve amfim ise Sony Str-Dn840 (ARC var eARC yok). Bağlantımı şu şekilde yaptım; medya oynatıcımı (Zidoo Z9s) HDMİ ile Tv'ye bağladım, TV'nin eARC çıkışından HDMİ kablo ile cihazın OUT1 girişine bağladım, cihazın OUT2 çıkışından amfimin ARC girişine değil, başka bir HDMİ girişine bağladım (örneğin video girişi). Hem Tv'de hem de amfimde bütün CEC özellikleri açık ayarladım (Tek kumanda ile Tv kumandasından ses kontrolü ve amfimi açıp kapatmada sorun yaşamadım). Cihazın ayarlarını ise kullanım kılavuzunda anlatıldığı gibi, eARC "ON" EDİD "OFF" şeklinde yaptım. Televizyonum üst düzey çoğu ses ve görüntü formatını desteklemektedir (Dolby Vision, HDR10, DTS-HD, TrueHD ve Atmos dahil) ancak benim amfim HDR görüntü, Atmos ve DTS-X seslerini desteklememektedir. Ayrıca, Sony 65xg9505, televizyona direk bağlı USB harici bellekte bulunan medyalar ile TV'de kurulu olan uygulamaların (Netflix, Plex, Kodi vb) Atmos,TrueHD ve DTS-HD MA ses geçişini desteklemiyor. Bu yüzden benim TV özelliğinden dolayı, bu cihaz bağlı iken Netflix vb. uygulamalarda ve Tv'ye direk bağlı Usb harici bellekte bulunan medyaların Atmos, TrueHD ve DTS-HD MA sesleri amfide 5.1 ses ve/veya DTS olarak görülüyor. Beni memnun eden durum ise, Zidoo Z9s üzerinden bütün ses formatlarını (TrueHD ve DTS-HD MA dahil) amfimden (Sony str-dn840) alıyorum sadece Atmos sesleri benim amfi desteklemediğinden "Dolby Digital +" olarak amfide görülüyor. Rahatsız edici diğer konu ise; film değiştirdiğinizde veya Tv üzerinden yayın yapan herhangi tv kanalını değiştirdiğinizde ses yaklaşık olarak 1 saniye sonra aktif oluyor (ses ve görüntü uyumunda sorun yok). Diğer bir sıkıntı ise; cihaza ait sitede güncellemelerin olduğu görülüyor ancak bu güncellemeleri cihaza yüklemek için özel bir usb adaptöre sahip olmanız gerekmektedir ( Tv ve amfiyi tek kumanda ile kontrol etmekle birlikte (açıp kapatma, ses azaltma ve artırma); Tv’yi kapattıktan belli bir süre sonra açmak istediğinizde Tv her defasında 30 ses seviyesinde (Tv'nin maksimum ses seviyesi 60) oluyor ama amfi en son kapattığınız ses ayarı ne ise o şekilde açılıyor (bu durum sadece benim Tv ve amfiye özel olabilir. Bu sorun cihazı usb ile TV'ye bağlamak yerine, harici güç adaptörü ile direk elektriğe bağlayınca düzeldi).Bütün bunlara rağmen yeni bir amfi alma ihtiyacımı bu cihaz sayesinde erteledim. İyi günler dilerim.

Now i have dolby 5.1 on my sound system as my TV can’t provide it. This box split video and sound coming from my apple tv

I have a Samsung k950 old soundbar for a long time and it's sounds incredible on Atmos . Buy beeing this old it doesn't support eArc so I've only been able so use it at it's best with a Nvidia Shiel pro that can be connected to it through it's 2 Hdmi Inputs. But you can't get the Atmos from my LG G3 directly to the input on the sound bar but only Dolby Digital with the regular Arc. Basically this eArc audio extractor is exactly what I needed to extract the audio from the TV to the Input on the Soundbar not having to use the Arc hdmi on the soundbar. The only problem is that the audio starts after about 5 seconds after turning on but there no visible delay between video and audio. It's reasonably priced and very useful for someone that has a bit of old tech that is not ready to upgrade to a new audio system.

Ich bin von dem Teil begeistert. Nach einigen Splittern und Extraktoren (von günstig bis hochwertig) macht dieser endlich das, was ich brauche. Die Aufgabe ist, das Video vom Apple TV in 4K HDR oder Dolby Vision sowie Audio 5.1 PCM zu einem älteren Arcam-Receiver zu übertragen. Alle bisherigen Geräte scheiterten daran, dass sie die unterstützten Standards nur mit einem der beiden Empfangs-Geräte aushandeln und diese dann für beide Ausgänge gleich gelten. Der Arcam kann kein HDR, dafür aber 7.1 PCM, was der Fernseher wiederum nicht kann. Auch das Umschalten zwischen Apple TV nur über den Fernseher oder für Filme mit dem Arcam war immer problematisch, da dabei oftmals andere Standards über HDMI ausgehandelt werden mussten. Mit einem Oehlbach Highway Splitter und der richtigen Einstellung funktionierte das mit Full HD ganz vernünftig (musste manchmal nach dem Umschalten neu gestartet werden), mit 4K HDR nicht mehr.Hier kommt der FeinTech ins Spiel, der genau diese Problematik hervorragend löst.Er kann das bestmögliche Bildformat an Ausgang 1 und das bestmögliche Tonformat an Ausgang 2 aushandelnAußerdem gibt es verschiedene Modi, sodass man auch eARC nutzen könnte, um den Ton vom TV zurückzutransportieren.Nach genau dieser Lösung habe ich lange gesucht und nun mit Hilfe einer KI-Empfehlung gefunden.

Posseggo una tv Samsung (the frame 43 2021), e una soundbar sempre Samsung (q800a + 9500s). Presi quest accoppiata per sfruttare il surround compreso di tv (q-simphpny) e altre tecnologie Samsung. In tutti questi anni ci sono stati diversi problemi, casse posteriori con un volume troppo basso, Dolby atmos quasi mai recepito, l ultima con Xbox, delay audio assurdo. Nonostante fossi soddisfatto della qualità del sistema, ho sempre cercato una soluzione per il delay. Qualche cosa è stata risolta con aggiornamenti ma i problemi con l audio mai.Con lui si risolve tutto, qualsiasi formato audio, con una qualità molto più alta (ricordatevi di abilitare passthrouth). Qualita costruttiva del prodotto buona, sembra molto solido, si vedrà nel lungo periodo. Unica cosa che si perde è il q-sinphony (che nel mio caso funzionava male). Ottimo prodotto ad un ottimo prezzo.
