Fender Kampioen 20-230V EU DS

Very pleased with performance of this 20 watt amp. I keep it in my living room to practice with. The amp is very compact and takes up little room. Quite surprised at fullness of sound and bass response, also quality of fx. There's plenty of volume for indoors use. My only concern is that when you switch it off, even if you turn all knobs down to 0 there's a unpleasant noise a second or so after you flick the rocker switch- like the noise you get putting a jack plug into an amp with the volume turned up.

Buen amplificador para principiantes. Si estás comenzando en el mundillo esta es una muy buena opción, tiene suficiente potencia incluso para algún bolo en un sitio pequeño. El hecho de que también incluya efectos de sonido hace que se más divertido experimentar con él y buscar el sonido que realmente te gusta.

Purchased this amp via Guitarbitz as although the Rimmers site advertised it they didn't have any and couldn't tell me when they would, they still show this item as in stock? As such I cancelled the sale and got my money back, no real problem there. I promptly reordered from Guitarbitz and it was delivered two days later, superb service AND they were a bit cheaper! Now the amp, this was purchased as a present for my wife to upgrade her little practice amp and wow what a fantastic bit of kit for the money, great sound from its 8" speaker, very easy to set up with great onboard effects that are all pretty close to the real sound (within reason of course). My wife is very pleased with amp as am I, I should point out that I have played electric guitar for well over 50 years and although I play through mainly valve based amps this amps is surprisingly good. Well done Fender!

Very wide choice of sounds which I found a little confusing I nearly returned it as I couldn't find the sound I wanted (clean mellow/ring Les Paul ) ,I eventually did but it depends a lot on the guitar pickups and vol/tone too.This amp produces remarkable sound quality considering it only has an 8 inch speaker but it is only suitable for bedroom use really and would be lost in a larger room,you need to sit in front of it though for best results as its not just the melody but the sound quality that brings complete satisfaction for me. .I found the headphone sound quite different to the speaker, disappointing muffled, if you want the exact sound but that may be due to the headphones..! but ok for working out the melody.It is very good value with so many built in sounds that saves buying external pedals.I like the look of it and the four indicator lights are very attractive!
