Fender Pure Vintage '62 Jazz Bass Pickups

Not super high output, the bridge is beautifully sculpted and detailed, but not too loud. The neck is louder with more bass (of course) and when blended together you get a great full sounding bass tone that can't be beat.I installed these in a parts bass "build". Mexican made neck and body, American electronics and these pickups. They sound incredible! Cloth covered wire and included are true vintage copper plate under the foam with ground wire for shielding. Just solder them to the same ground you solder the pickup grounds to.Best bang for the buck pickups that give that great vintage tone.Pro tip: twist the pickup wires together to eliminate any excess noise. This will NOT make them 'noiseless', but will help with the extra noise that can come from these type of pickups.

Buenas pastillas con sonido clásico a un precio aceptable. Por poner una pega, la placa de cobre que se instala debajo de la pastilla va suelta y puede hacer contacto con el cable positivo de la pastilla y hacer que no suene, así que mejor ponerle un poco de aislante en la salida del cable positivo de la pastilla o simplemente un poquito de cinta aislante en el borde de la placa para que no haya un contacto indeseado.Por lo demás, sonido clásico de JazzBass impecable que puede que no sea lo que busca quien quiera obtener sonidos más modernos. Para estos, hay otras pastillas que pueden servirles mejor.

当たり前ですがFenderのジャズベのような枯れたいい音がします。ネックとブリッジの違いが明記されていないので、テスターで抵抗値を測る必要があるかと思いますが、ピックアップ交換を自分でされる方であれば減点ポイントにならないと思ったので星5つとさせていただきました。

I’m sure these are excellent pickups but I was unable to use them. They are listed as “original” which I interpreted to be in a form as when the bass was “original”ly released, but are not. The reason I say this is because the original pickups were the same length, whereas Fender made a change in the later form factor and made the bridge pickup slightly longer. Because of that, they would not fit my bass. The quality looked excellent with a good wax coating on the coils and sturdy wiring, but alas, the bridge pickup was too long for my 1999 MIM Fender bass. I would recommend them but only after measuring the pickups in your bass to verify the sizes.
