Die Lieferung habe ich schnell erhalten. Die Ware kam sehr gut verpackt mit ein Kennwort an. Mein Enkel hatte sich diese Gitarre gewünscht. Man glaubt gar nicht, was diese kleine für ein Sound rausbringt. Er ist so happy damit. Kann diese Gitarre nur weiter empfehlen.

I injured my left hand, making it impossible to play long scale basses anymore, so I started looking around for short scale instruments. Along with bass ukuleles and mini acoustics, I saw the Fender mini and decided to give it a shot. Since I’ve been playing Fenders all my life it seemed like a no brainer. I saw the reviews that said they needed lots of set up and adjustments, so I was prepared for that. Maybe the techs at Fender read the reviews too, because mine was dead on perfect right out of the box. Intonation, neck, string height, pickups, all perfect. And I love the satin neck instead of the sticky gloss finish that Fender sometimes uses. I agree the strings are not the best, and that is literally my only quibble. I’ve owned a lot of basses over the years, but I think I take the most satisfaction from this one, because it lets me play real bass again. And for anyone who cares, it has a really nice “cool factor”. This is a great deal all around.

ショートスケールのベースが欲しくてあれこれ物色した結果、こいつにぶち当たりました。まず、コスパ面でダントツでした。Fenderブランドで27000円以内ってーのが一番の決め手です。イシバシ楽器さんも頑張ってくれて、想定内の納期に間に合わせて頂きました。もちろん、不具合もありません。ただ言わせてもらえば、思ったより小っちゃいです。特にボディが。故に軽いという利点もあるのですが、立って弾くにも座って弾くにも、バランスがイマイチ。材質も関係あるのか（これはメーカーに対しての愚痴ですけど…）。私は基本ギタリストなのでベースの音の良し悪しは解りませんが、充分な出力はあると思います。運指のし易さも抜群です。特筆すべき事柄は、全長が普通のエレキギターと大差ない事。つまり、エレキギター用のハードケースに収まってしまうって事なんです。レスポール用のハードケースには厚みが余る感じですけど、メロディーメーカーとかレスポールライト用のハードケースならしっくりくるんじゃないかしら（あくまで個人の感想って事は言うまでも無いですよね）？Fender系のハードケースはあいにく持ち合わせて無いので検証しておりません。そんなこんなで星四つってとこかしら？でもオイラは満足してます。あと、ボディ色もホワイト（ピックガードは黒ね）があればよかったかな？シド・ビシャスみたいな…。追記です。ボディも小さければ、ストラップピンも小さいです。そこまでダウンサイジングが必要なの？って思っちゃいました。チャンチャン

I needed to order a bass quickly for a family function as my other short scale bass had a technical issue that couldn't be resolved in time. I chose this one and I'm not disappointed. But there are a couple small issues.The first issue is that the pickup is very easily driven into muddy farty distortion. It has very, very little overhead and running it at higher volume on the knob than 70% will result in distortion on both of my amps. This is a problem if you have smaller wattage amps and need more drive. But it's a cheap and short bass and is easily forgiven for its portability.The second issue is the strings it comes with are actual hot garbage, tinny, thin sounding strings that need to be mid and tone scooped to get anything out of them that's a workable sound. It's possible but it's not ideal and it's a one trick pony. Naturally, strings that come with instruments are usually not the greatest and its only a mild annoyance.The bass itself plays exceptionally well, had no sharp frets, no buzzing, adequate action and fair intonation out of the box. For QA, Some of the screws on the pick guard were very slightly crooked and the tuners are a smidge loose. Big suggestion to change strings immediately.
