FENRIR Folding Proofer & Slow Cooker, Multi-Cooker, Yogurt Maker, Chocolate Melter, Bread Proofing Oven, Fermenter

This is an excellent appliance. I used the Brod Taylor sourdough-house to make my sourdough starter initially and use this proofing oven, set to 23C, to proof my sourdough prior to making bread, pizza and naan bread. I have great starter so proofing only takes about 10 to 12 hours. The proofing oven make the wholes fermentation process fool proof and I use it frequently before baking bread and in between times to ferment kefir. Size is excellent, there's enough room for a large bowl (1kg bread) or three to four rectangular bread baking tins of dough.

Wife cooks a lot of bread and finally convinced me to get her one of these proofers, didn't realize how much of a difference this would make in the quality of the breads she cooks, wish I had of bought one sooner! Folds up pretty small for storage, but there's not a place for the removable power cord, for as well designed as it is that seems like quite an oversight...

Die Gärbox ist relativ teuer und dennoch, ich hätte sie viel früher kaufen sollen.Unsere Wohnung wird nie so richtig warm und in der Küche ist keine Heizung, was gerade in der kühlen Jahreszeit ein Problem darstellt. Der Sauerteig -Vorteig entwickelte sich Null. Jetzt ist das ein Vergnügen, Temperatur einstellen und 12 Stunden stehen lassen. EinTraum.Ein Zusatzgitter habe ich nicht, jedoch zwecks guter Aufbewahrung inzwischen die Tasche dazu bestellt.Bei so einem teuren Gerät ist ein guter Schutz für mich wichtig.Ohne Eigenwerbung....ich backe Brot überwiegend nach Marcel Paa..

I make bread twice a week and although it costs more, this has been well worth the money. Offers consistent results when proofing bread. It’s also easy to set up, use, and then folds up for storage. I’m very happy with this!

I love this folding proofer. Our house is typically cool, maybe too cool... and it was hard to keep my dough at an even temperature to proof. I used to put a towel under the bowl, then around the sides and over the top. No fun.. you couldn't peak at it!! This works perfectly, AND.... I made the most delicious bbq in it using it as a slow cooker. I use cast iron dutch ovens, and love that you can put it right in the proofer and make anything you normally would make in your dutch oven!! I lack counter space, so love that it folds up. It's sleek looking and I'm very impressed all round with this product. I would highly recommend. It was shipped very fast and packaged well. I ordered the second rack with it and have used that to proof 2 pans of buns. Awesome addition to my cooking tools.
