After reading some reviews I was a bit concerned, but when the delivery came, I was pleased I went with it. Well packaged, a lovely, well made hat, can be adjusted inside for a tighter fit. Lovely shade of grey that will go with anything. Can be worn for all occasions. I went for this to wear casually to work and shopping rather than a wooly beanie/hat. Very feminine.
