It was the first time I tried embroidery, it was easy to follow, more than enough thread was provided, multiple needles as well.

I ordered this kit a couple weeks ago and already finished both of them.They came with thread snips, 6 needles, enough thread, the designs themselves on cotton canvas, instruction sheet, and a hoop.The con right off the back is the instruction sheet. The instruction sheet wasn't the best but not the worst one out there. If you're a total beginner you would have issues but if this is your third kit you would figure out easily.The main pro to this kit is that you get enough thread to fix your mistakes. That's a huge thing for me as I bought kits in US craft stores where I had to run back to get a hank of embroidery thread. I also like the cotton canvas as a backing as there wasn't any worry for me in having the fabric warp while stitching. While there isn't a threader I found the needles easy to thread (the kit instructs you to use three strands). They are also already cut in long lengths (I would guess a meter/yard) so you don't have to cut the thread unless you prefer working with shorter lengths.I already wash the fabric and at first I was weary the print wouldn't come off, it did. I first hand washed in cold water and then washing machine. I have no color bleed either.Currently, the fabric from the kit is being sewn up into pillows for my couch. So I approve of the kit, especially if you want something to do while traveling.

I loved that it's a plastic frame that is surprisingly durable and well made. I've had a lot of bad bamboo ones before.I am blown away by the quality of the whole set !The patterns are beautiful, the threads are beautiful and easy to work with, hoop is sturdy plastic and has very good grip for the relatively thin fabric included.I'd suggest folding the rim of the cloth over and making a seam to avoid fraying edges. This has worked wonderfully for me and I feel very accomplished doing a "embroider this with stitch x and that other part with stitch y" instead of a complete do it yourself project like I am used to. Makes it easy as well.Absolutely would recommend this to anyone wanting to see if embroidery is something to enjoy - or if you know it is and want to try something else than improvising how to do things as you go.

Anleitung ist gut nachzuvollziehen. Garn an sich und die wahl der Farben finde ich sehr hübsch.Es muss über die vorgegebenen Linien gestickt werden, damit diese nicht durchschimmern.
