I've used these several times hunting or being outside for extended periods in the cold. They work well and keep my feet warm. You turn them on/off using a button on each battery (near the top of the sock). Even on the lowest setting, it makes a difference keeping your toes warm.The sock material is quite thick and comfortable. You can't feel any wires within it.Batteries are USB-C and sit in a small pocket near the top of the socks. They are detachable from the sock. It comes with a double USB charger to charge both batteries at once.I probably wouldn't hike in them, to avoid wearing them out too quickly. But if I was hiking or doing any activity, my feet would be warm anyway. They would be great for skiing however.

Li uso da più di un mese per andare a lavorare in bici la mattina alle 6:00, anche con diversi gradi sotto zero. Quando è molto freddo li tengo alla massima potenza e dopo un ora la batteria è a uno, se posso tenere la potenza più bassa invece dura di più. Per le mie esigenze vanno benissimo, appena arrivo in ufficio li ricarico e con il cavo in dotazione la ricarica è velocissima. Dopo un' ora di pedalata con meno 4 gradi arrivo con i piedi caldi! Uno spettacolo! Valgono il prezzo.

Jag förstår inte att ingen annan beskriver det jag upplevde som ett stort problem. Sladden från batteriet går under hälen så att sladden känns MYCKET tydligt. Själva värmeledningarna känns inte, men detta är strömsladden som går till värmeledningarna. Det kunde annars ha varit en bra strumpa då värmeledningarna går över hela undersidan (förutom hälen).

Bought in the hope that I could find something to actually keep my feet warm on a long Sunday walk in freezing temperatures. Thick boot socks just don’t seem to cut it.I wasn’t sure that these would live up to the hype or even actually work. But WOW. Top temperature was actually too warm. Battery lasted all morning. And they were super comfortable too.Wouldn’t recommend wearing with leggings or skinny jeans as the battery pack does stick out. But it’s not in a bad position and didn’t make the socks fall down.A great purchase and might even buy another set for a family member for Christmas!
