Good product. Worked flawlessly for 60x60x1 cm hard ceramic floor tiles.

Didn't come up to the mark. It would not cut the 9mm Porcelain tiles for which it was bought. Probably not suitable for porcelain. Had to purchase another one from tile supplier.
