Went with 2 - 55" and 1 - 42" tracks to combine for 8' to 10' rips or cross-cut 3' door bottoms. Pay attention: you need to buy 2 clamps and 2 or 4 or 6 connectors (sold individually). Ouch. Stupifyingly expensive. Accessories will rob you blind. Can NOT compare with other manufacturer's track system as I've not only not used them, I've never seen them on a jobsite. Time might change that, but I've DECADES using all Festool's saws and blade combinations and the quality of cut from other saws are not even close to Festool's. Do yourself a favor and make protective sheath/scabbards for your tracks for 'back o' the truck' carry. Also, can combine track with other Festool tools. I bought their router as well for fast, straight, repeatable dadoes and edging. Buy once, cry once, maybe cry twice. Geez they're expensive..
