Although an adapter will allow you to use any of the standard Festool extractor hoses, they get in the way and are very cumbersome on the back of the HSK hand sanding blocks. This hose is small and light enough to stay out of the way while sanding, which makes the sanding blocks much more useable.Highly recommend!

This hose compliments the Festool hand sanding blocks that have dust extraction capability. It is extremely flexible and durable, and makes the hand sanding process both dustless and easy to perform. Because the hose is so flexible and lightweight, it does not interfere at all with the motion involved with hand sanding. Highly recommend for anyone who seeks a dust free environment in their shop.

Did not realize was not a full-size hose. Description should be more clear on what this is. Looks like return is subject to restocking fee.
