If you want a GOOD quality set of tires for your ebike then these fit the ticket! I put just over 100 miles on my set in the first week and can say I'm very happy with them. My factory Chao Yangs lasted for about 2500 miles before I got my first flat tire due to a roof tack from tornado debris. Went to patch the inner tube and saw just how worn down 5he rear one was so I went shopping. When I took the Chaos off I got to see just how flimsy thin they were. No wonder I had front tire burn outs all the time with 2 motors engaged. These Ultraverse ones have a LOT more rubber in them and are much better of a ride than the Yangs. Great grip on wet pavement, much quieter as well. The only downside is due to their increased mass, I, as others had mentioned, have lost a bit of get up and go speed upon stopped position. That's a tradeoff you'll have with an increased density tire tho. Use the two lines near the rim edge to help center on your rims and pay attention to directional rotation as you mount. I personally like a 25 psi for a smoother and softer ride rather than going the full 30 psi max. Chao Yangs were 20 psi max BTW.

These tires were a MASSIVE upgrade to my stock fast, not only did they provide extreme grip but the peace of mind regarding their thickness is comforting. I originally had the front only on so had to ride to the shop to get the back on and I noticed that I was clearing bumps far easier than before and turning was a bit easier, I can't really answer if I had a speed loss or not since it was windy out but even if I did I'd rather have less speed and more control since I'm not looking to be speeding through the city anyways, I got enough power to push through as is.
