Hat die Edelstahlwolle gekauft um meine Edelstahl Pfanne vom Grill von Rückstände zu reinigen ohne die Pfanne zu zerkratzen. Normale Stahlwolle kann ich hier nicht benutzen wegen den Stahlübertrag und nachträgliches rosten, hier ist Edelstahl genau das richtige. Da die Wolle sehr fein ist, ist der Endeffekt eher ein polieren, obwohl es die Rückstände sehr gut entfernt. Sehr zufrieden und würde ich andere Käufer empfehlen.

Habe damit sowohl die Edelstahldunstabzugshaube, als auch mehrere gebürstete Edelstahlleisten am Kamin wieder wie neu erstrahlen lassen.Mit Handschuhen zu verwenden. Sehr ergiebig.Top!

I'm not sure why people buy steel wool. I'll be honest and say that I don't know of any application (accept the one I used it for) that you would need this stuff. I'm sure there are professional applications that call for it, I just don't know what there are.Anyway, I used it to silence the heat shield under my Scooby. It's a common problem on these cars and when they get loose they rattle like a can full of bolts ruining the cool factor that owning a Subaru gives you. So rather than have my gorgeous car drawing attention to itself for all the wrong reasons, I got some of this stuff and packed it in. I then tightened it all up with a few cable ties and my 245hp ride was silent once more. Well until I hit the loud pedal, but that doesn't happen officer...honest.It's stainless steel so it won't rust, so that's a nice bonus. So, yeah, a good product for stopping a rattle - and I'm sure some other uses too, whatever they may be.

I needed some stainless steel wire wool to rubdown an oak fireplace I'm making,because if you use normal steel wall the tanning in the oak rusts the steel and you end up with a lot of black blotches over the would. This certainly fitted the bill and a very reasonable price. Much cheaper than bronze wool and easier to get hold of. Because it's so strong a little bit goes a long way. I would recommend the use of gloves because it is so sharp.
