Wish I'd read reviews here in more detail before purchase. Optical coating very fragile. Am almost convinced that too much exposure to light damages it!Mine arrived with a small mark on it which I tried to remove gently with lens tissue.Now I have a series of unremovable marks. I can only think - flawed production run?Also makes me wonder if I have been wasting money on expensive Hoya filters.Usually I buy Fusion One Next, but couldn't get one in the obscure 40.5 mm size.Avoid this one at all costs unless you just want an expensive, semi transparent, screw in lens cap!
