This colorful set of three diamond pens is unique. This set includes 3 diamond painting pens, 3 pen covers, 1 covered tray, 6 wax squares, 1 brush, and 1 spoon. The cap serves as a stand for the pen which makes it convenient when switching out colored drills in your tray. No more rolling pens. Conventional pens can also use this little stand. However, the pen is bulky to hold and requires some getting used to. When opening the barrel of the pen to inspect what was inside, I could only open 1 pen easily. Then I had a difficult time screwing it back on properly. Inside are just plastic colored beadlike shaped pieces to match the exterior of the pen. These pieces are not useable drills. The plastic covered tray comes in handy when needing to unexpectedly walk away from your project and not wanting your drills exposed in an open tray. It also has a flip open tab for the excess drills to be placed back in their containers. The brush and spoon are useful in clearing excess drills from the tray. The extra wax is always useful to have on hand. Overall, the thickness of the pen takes time to adjust to, the container portion of the pen being difficult to access, and the pen being more ornamental than regular pens resulted in the 4 stars.
