Der Unterarmtrainer ist insgesamt sehr stabil, und ich gehe davon aus, dass es auch bei regelmäßiger Nutzung lange halten wird. Das Griffstück fühlt sich sehr wertig an – die Oberfläche ist sauber verarbeitet. Der Griff ist angenehm dick, was das Griffkrafttraining deutlich intensiver macht als bei Standardgriffen. Das war für mich ein klarer Pluspunkt.Bisher bin ich voll zufrieden – keine Mängel, keine Überraschungen. Wer etwas Robustes sucht, das sich hochwertig anfühlt und funktional ist, macht hier nichts falsch.

Build quality is great, thick slightly textured hard plastic handles with a metal core. - Thickness adds to the difficulty of the exercises too.I did elbows locked in by my side and forearms at 90 degrees, rolling forwards on the way up and then backwards rolling on the way down - I was only able to do 2 reps (2 up and 2 down) with 2kg per set and my forearms were killing me (total beginner, hence the purchase).Extremely easy to use - loop the canvas strap around weight and attach to the carabiner clip.The price is dirt cheap - will definately get my monies worth of this.Also provided is a metal loop on an extra bit of strap that has a canvas loop on the other side so you can loop it around objects like a backpack, dumbbell or weight plates. This is great as it avoids the main canvas strap from wearing away from the carabiner clip rubbing against it's own strap.

This thing is definitely a suprise. For around 30 bucks, the build quality and durability of this product is excellent.The main body of the trainer is made with metal, which weighs a pound or two, giving it a feeling like itll last. The handles are made with a textured soft plastic or silicone covering that provides a great grip and does not shift at all and is sweat resistant while being easily washable if needed. It doesnt come off, but I dont see a reason why it needs to.The fabric holding the weight is tough but soft to the touch at the same time. Im not sure about durability yet but so far it seems to hold 52.5 pounds with lots of jumping and swinging perfectly fine. Not that I would recommend trying to do that everytime. The carbiner at the end of the rope is easy to open and close, and is strong with the weight.It comes with a small manual with instructions for a lot of forearm and bicep workouts. That is definitely helpful if I dont have my phone around me.Only problems I have are that the rope tends to get twisted when rolling back up, as the carabiner does not stay in place in the air.Other than that, this trainer is well worth the purchase and great for home gyms that have weights or weight plates. Though its definitely not necessary to buy as you can just your standard dumbells, its definitely fun to play with and gives a great pump for whereas the methods above dont as much.You can say im pulling my weight when I use this thing for my arms.
