Sent a picture of the car's rear view mirror and car model, had chosen correctly. They posted the camera the same day and it arrived at my home a week ahead of schedule. The camera is well packaged. The package contains the camera and a tool to detach the existing plastic cover.It was a bit tricky to remove the existing cover, but after a while I got it off without breaking anything. Loosened the connector and mounted the camera. Total time approx. 20 minutes. The existing camera and rain sensor were not affected by the installation, everything works. The camera is almost invisible to the driver, you can see a small bump on the underside of the rearview mirror. The camera is very stable on the rearview mirror, nothing vibrates, it fits perfectly.The camera captures everything that happens in front of the car very well. The only negative is that I would like to be able to angle the camera up a bit, a lot of the image is bonnet. But nothing that lowers my rating, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I had some installation issues and thankfully I got a local Auto Electrician to fit it (he needed to make some small changes to the casing to make it fit) and hey presto.Great image quality. I did have an issue where the Wi-Fi from the unit would cut off but that is fixed now.No passenger has ever even noticed I have a dashcam, you can hardly see it and no wiring of any kind.Just make sure you take several photos of the mirror housing in your car (say at least 4) and send them to the supplier.One thing to note is that their support, although in China, is outstanding at responding, with excellent English.

I bought this Dash Cam for a 2021 BMW 420i G22. I had a technical question before purchase and got a very prompt and detailed answer from Fitcam tech support. I purchased via Amazon to simplify any Customs, VAT or Import Duties. It was delivered from China to Ireland in approx 2 weeks. It has great instructions in the box, I installed it in 30 minutes. It connects directly into Rain sensor connector, via a Y cable, as in my pictures. The Y cable has an electronic circuit that has current sensing, so the camera only switches on when ignition is switched on. To summaries, Good Price, Great Product, Great Support, Fast Shipping, Simple Install. Ten out of 10.
