I have been sick for a very long time so it is hard to get any physical activity at all!! I search for things I can do in the home because I am basically homebound but it is not easy to find things that don't make me worse and I was gaining weight. I found this product while searching for things you can do from a chair or bed or at least in the home and I am very pleased. It comes with 3 different Resistance Bands and multiple ways to use them. If you have a strong enough door frame it also comes with an attachment for that. The nice thing too is it comes with a nice carrying bag so if you are well enough and can go to an exercise class that requires bands you can easily take it with you. I like that they are made out of a material that you can just wipe clean when done using if they get dirty. The bars are very easy to assemble and take apart. It comes with a sheet of exercises you can do with it. You can start by using 1 band like I have done because I am slowly getting back strength to adding all 3 for that extra difficulty when you are ready to move on!! The clips to attach take a simple pinch of the fingers to put on and off. It is a very simple kit yet very handy and it truly gets you motivated to get back your endurance and strength. It can be used for a nice easy workout or when you are ready to push a much harder one!! I look forward to having this for many years and I can already start to see my muscle definition coming back from using the bands!! I would recommend this to family and friends sick or not because you can take it out at any time and use it in the comfort of your home and not feel like you have to be at a physical gym to stay in shape.

While not the most durable product it is easy to assemble and works just like it should. Very good for light weight workouts. Good quality for the price.

I’ve been looking for a good Pilates workout for home use & I found it. Easy assembly, easy workouts & good quality! The exercise poster that is included really helps for a complete workout. No need to go to a gym.

Gave a bad review concerning customer service. I contacted Fitidare about a snapped band. Never heard back from them and posted a bad review about their customer service a month later. The very next day I found out that they actually had responded to my problem and were going to replace the whole set. I stumbled across their response in my spam folder, as it had sat in there for a month. I have since DELETED my bad review and now have given them 5 stars for them going above and beyond all along. I mainly got this to do squats since the gym near me closed down. I try doing them on the highest possible tension but it still isn’t that much resistance so it isn’t really getting me strong the way the machine did. Also the bar pulls down on my neck so it’s painful on my neck when I do these exercises. Still it’s a bit more of a workout than I would get without the bar.
