What is in the package is sufficient for use at home. The triceps rope is on the short side but works. only the cable is 3 feet ( 1 mtr ) to short to work with, so I replaced it and use it now only as an extension. The loading pin is thin, and time will tell how long it will last. I should have ordered a little bit more beefy set, but for now, it will do.

awesome and very built to last not cheap at all very affordable i put 100 pounds plus i hung on it and it held me in the air im 250 pounds six four all muscle a little fat lol but im working on it lol so you buy this you will not be dissipointed my wife took 5 mins to have it layed out for me it took 4 screws and a simple bracket or something to clip on simple simple no complaints
