Bon tapis mais manque un peu d epaisseur....mérite d être un peu plus epais pour plus de confort.

I had a cheap mat that had no support. And I’m currently pregnant so stretching on the bed isn’t that ideal or on the hard floor. I bought this mat and the cushion support is comfortable on my knees. Also the blocks help me as well especially in trying to help stabilize and stretch my pelvic area. I got the color pink and so nice. The quality so far is good. Haven’t had any issues with it slipping or anything.

Granted I have only just received it and have barely used it, I think it was a good choice. The mat is thick, soft, and feels like good quality. The yoga blocks are also well made and comfortable! I looked at several yoga mats and blocks on here and I am more than satisfied with picking this one!
