These are the best spatulas around for working with pizza balls.I make my own pizza and I use this to remove the balls from the tray after they've finished proving and are to be used. Sprinkle a bit of flour on the spatula and then use it with a bit of force to get under the dough ball to lift it out.Tried loads of other makes, but these are hands down the best.

Très bonne spatule à pâte. J'en avais une mais trop rigide. Celle-là est assez souple et suffisamment large. Impeccable pour sortir les pâtons de la boîte en plastique quand ils se sont complètement détendus. Bien entendu cela demande un petit coup de main, qui vient avec l'habitude.
