This suitcase is solid and the cost is just fantastic! In fact am still looking for the bigger size , it’s also good looking and presentable and the price worth’s it and good 👍.

Good quality, sturdy and posh but quite heavy. Small luggage is around 3kls and the medium is around 4kls. You can only place limited stuff unless you are going for a day with the small size. Not advisable for Air china or other low cost airline w luggage restrictions of just 7kls for carry on and 20 kls for the medium size checked luggage. I recommend iT luggage because it has a light weight material were you can place a lot. If you have money to pay for 2 checked in luggages this is fine.

the wheels of this suitcase broke twice within the first 6 months of use, as well as the lock. Whilst they replaced it with the warranty, I tried to set warranty of the replacements and the website conveniently didn’t work. I reported this to their customer service and found them very unhelpful. The replacement wheel also broke within 4 months and as I was unable to register the warranty, they refused to replace it DESPITE clear evidence of me telling them their website didn’t work so I couldn’t register it. It’s complete trash and quality is evidently poor.
