They are sturdy, and the knee surfaces are flat which is good since the knees dont "roll" around when you kneel down on a hard floor. Quality of materials and stitching feels solid. They are quite big, which is good for me because im a tall person. The only negative i can say is that the velcro straps are a bit too short for my legs, and they dont have much flex/stretch. They fit but it could be better. I would have preferred to have a more stretchy fit around the legs. But i will modify the bands and add my own elastic bands. Overall i am happy with the purchase
