Very nice and useful

This is beautiful paper. It's an off-white shade, an ivory as opposed to a brilliant white. It's smooth in texture and really perfect for pencil drawings, line work with fineliners and drawing pens, and charcoal pencils. A pleasure to use.I personally wouldn't use it for coloured pencils (I don't think it's toothed enough), and I don't think it's quite robust enough for very wet ink work. Absolutely no use with watercolours! Maybe it would be okay for brush pens but I haven't had cause to try that.For me, this paper, and a handful of charcoal pencils has been a beautiful match.

Ich habe den Skizzenblock etwas uncharakteristischerweise nicht als Kunstutensil gekauft, sondern um technische Zeichnungen zu üben.Meine Erfahrung damit war super; sowohl schwache als auch stärkere Linien lassen sich super auftragen ohne übermäßig drücken zu müssen, und lassen sich auch super restlos radieren. Das Papier besitzt eine bequeme Stärke und fühlt sich robust aber nicht papp-artig an. Sehr angenehm. Mir persönlich lieber als das Äquivalent aus der Drogerie, und deutlich günstiger.Das Papier erfüllt für mich seinen Zweck sehr gut, ich werde es wenn ich mehr brauche auch wieder kaufen.

I bought this in A4 and loved it enough to get the A3 version as well for more confident moments! It's really lovely paper, very suitable for graphite and charcoals, line work and the like. The paper is an ivory shade and a welcome change from the stark white I usually use. It's smooth, feels quality, and it's a respectable 120gsm. Not at all suitable for wet art media, it's too thin for that.I like this paper a lot.
