These came with no instructions, and once I'd figured out how to place them, I found them immediately uncomfortable on my feet, and they made my shoes a little too tight. You can feel the edges of the little "window" rubbing against your feet, which really didn't help. Maybe my shoes are just too tight, but I didn't have a good time with these

I'm more of a comfortable shoe person, but on occasion I like to wear heels. As this is not on a regular basis it can prove to be painful and regrettable.I used the Foot Morning Colette ball of foot pads/inserts and to say they minimised foot pain would not be inaccurate, I had no foot pain and no ball of the foot pain after almost 6 hours of wearing heels last night and I hadn't worn a heeled shoe in ages.However, the cushion pad is supposed to stick to an existing sole and stay in place. The small amount of adhesive on its underside held it in place for one evening then it came loose as I slipped my heels off at the end of a good birthday party.These pads work well when they are placed accurately in the shoes (difficult to do), and if they stay in place. I therefore can't award the full 5 stars and won't recommend them.
