My walking was very painful and was diagnosed with Mortons neuroma. It got to the point where I couldn't function anymore. I was advised to buy some specialist insoles with the metatarsal bump.I got these ones, and a different pair, made of silicone, which are thicker, which makes them more difficult to put in shoes than these.These worked very well. The bump is very high up on these insoles, but it does spread the toes out a little, and really helps. I can now walk around again, and they helped reduce the swelling on my foot.They are quite slim, and easy to cut down, so they fit into nearly all my shoes. I just replaced the insole already in the shoe with these. They are a tiny bit slippy, even in bare feet, so it is easy to slide my painful foot into trainers with laces. My foot doesn't move around, because the heel cup keeps it in place.I definitely recommend them, and will get another pair when finances allow.

This is the 2nd pair I’ve bought and they’re excellent.I’d had an excruciating pain on the ball of my foot for some time and before I could get an appointment at the hospital I (rightly as it transpired) diagnosed metatarsalgia online. Bought my first set of these and immediately noticed the difference. Pain massively diminished and could immediately walk further. When I eventually got a hospital appointment the orthotist who also diagnosed metatarsalgia, prescribed me some orthotics which he said were very similar to these and only difference a they were slightly less pliable and had an insert that enabled more precise fitting. But notwithstanding that he said these were great. I had an option of buying some prescribed ones but have bought a second pair of these. As and when I can afford to I will buy several more pairs to put in all my shoes so I don’t have to keep switching them over.Fantastic product. Can’t recommend highly enough.
