I got this to enhance my naps/meditation/downtime etc. Its like a big sock,( with a hood and hole for feet out if you prefer) , just wriggle into it and lie down, thats it. The compression instantly calms your mind and body tension is released. Give yourself 20 mins in it and you'll be amazed. I'm looking forward to todays downtime. Its well made, affordable, goes in the washing machine and can be scrunched up in a bag for travelling. Yay !

I returned the adult one as it was far too large, probably 'one size fits men's and gave no deep compression whatsoever. As a 5ft 5in average build woman this Children's version was perfect and gives a great hug. Length isn't a problem as I just popped my feet out the end and still got an almost full body hug. I fell asleep rapidly.

Decent quality item. I'm a 5'8 female & size 16 ish.. It is just long enough for me, it does stretch but if much taller I think you would feel it taut against feet / head which may not be comfortable. It also has noticeable inside seams so if you have sensory issues this might not be suitable. I bought it as I am overheating and restless at night due to medications, I had a fairly good night sleep in this, didn't overheat, enjoyed the comfort and cocoon effect. I woke up a little cold in the early hours which never happens and pulled a blanket over me. So it does keep you cool but maybe a little too effectively!
