Cleaning is the most difficult part. All in all a good product with some small shortcomings.

Edit 2: another star taken off. The kettle is now making noises that sound like a short-circuit and is giving off a burned plastic smell while it's not in use. Will not be using it anymore. Lasted 8 months.***Edit: 7 months after my first review, this kettle is now shutting off before reaching the selected temperature. Changed from 4 to 2 stars***The kettle works nicely, I like being able to set the water temperature. The only bad thing is that the button to open the lid doesn't work very well, sometimes I have to press it several time to get it to open. It's not noisier than my previous kettle and the beeping when you press the buttons is not very loud, so not really that annoying, though I do wish I could turn this off.

Ottimo prodotto, funziona molto bene con tutte le temperature e mi è davvero utile per la preparazione delle mie tisane, ma non solo. Lo consiglio.
