Schöne Erfindung für einen Abend mit Freunden. Jeder bekommt die Pizza, welche er möchte. An den Blechen haftet nichts an und sie sind leicht zu reinigen. Auch eine super Geschenkidee

This pizza cooking tin set is really, really good. Very effective. The tins are rather large – I like this, as it gives plenty of flexibility on pizza size – you can make large pies that fil the dishes, or smaller, individual ones. Since the stand folds down, and the trays slot neatly inside one another this doesn’t take up much space for storage.I had a similar set a couple of years ago bought from a budget supermarket – that had smaller tins and there was a problem with the stand, which really wasn’t very stable and didn’t stay open well, making it quite a challenge to get tins in and out of the oven safely. This set, by contrast, is excellent. The tins are big, light, and very effective in their non-stick properties. The stand stays open, doesn’t swing about, and is quite sturdy when the tins are added. The tins aren’t prone to slipping out of the stand. The spaces on the stand between tray are large enough for air flow to get through reasonably well, and for the deep dish pizzas favoured by some family members to rise without risk of sticking to the tray above.I made a full set of 4 pizzas using this set. Because we have an electric range with twin ovens, neither of the ovens is particularly large. To use this, I had to take the shelves out of my oven completely and rest the stand on the oven bottom. This was fine, as there is sufficient clearance at the bottom for air to circulate under the lowest of the four trays. The pizzas cooked more evenly than expected considering I was making two each of thin and deep pan – with one of the deep pan pizzas at the top of the rack, it was only the deep pan pizza on one of the middle shelves that required a bit of extra cooking. I oiled the tins lightly and added a little flour before using. Some of the oils from the cheese and the meat eaters’ pizzas burned on a little, but wiped off easily in soapy water. Dishwasher cleaning isn’t recommended – but the pans are so big we couldn’t get them in our dishwasher without obstructing the blade on the underside of the top shelf.(Yes, I know, the pizza I photographed isn’t traditional – it’s made with a layer of pesto instead of passata because I’m allergic to tomato, and we’d run out of black olives so I used garlic stuffed green ones)
