I thought i'd give these a try instead of my usual 'black Americano' coffees, they aint great. If you drink coffee for function rather than taste you might get away with these, but if you like your coffee for flavour etc like i do then these did not do it for me. I've tried 3 sachets now to be fair to them as i wanted them to work; i tried it black, black with sweetener and black with milk and sweetener, nothing improved the taste or smell for me. I didn't notice any benefits over and above my normal coffee. The smell puts me off drinking it before i sup and when i sup i'm not enjoying the taste. For me, they are not, which is a shame as i really wanted them to work and show beneficial traits as advertised. They are quite expensive compared to 'normal' coffee and for the price i expected instant results from the benefits i paid extra for. Nevermind, chalked up to trial and error in my pursuit of more healthier options.
