This is a wonderful flexible add-on board for your Pi 5 board. It includes everything you could need to use this board and all assembly hardware, which is nice at this price point.The fact they have pretty much every size accommodated with this board makes it a great choice if you don't have your entire project completely planned. I honestly just appreciate being able to have a storage option that's more robust than the built in SD slot.Overall, if you're just looking for a cheap way to break out your Pi 5's PCIE for M.2 this is a great choice.

非常にコスパが良くコントローラとメモリが入手でき満足です。ただ　外付けで回路を拡張するときなど基板とコネクタが干渉してはいらないなどいざ使ってみると問題が続出しました。

The Raspberry Pi 5 is the first version to expose its PCIe bus through the ribbon cable connector on the board. This PCIe NVMe adapter fits the Pi 5 perfectly and adds the capacity for very large and fast storage.The Pi 5 is fast and capable enough that it is worth adding storage with this adapter because you can easily do development directly on the Pi 5 using the GUI. Being able to add essentially unlimited fast storage to the Pi 5 makes it a very flexible platform.The ribbon connector is exclusive to the Pi 5 and is not present on other versions, including many of the carrier boards for the Pi 5 Compute Module.

Nun ja - macht, was es soll. SSD bespielt, reingesteckt, angeschlossen und der Pi läuft. Aber:ACTUNGDie Platine des Moduls ist ca. 2mm länger als die des Pi und endet damit etwa auf Höhe der Netzwerkbuchse. Damit passt das Ganze in die üblichen Halterungen (oder Gehäuse nicht mehr rein.

FREENOVE Store.I appreciate that this comes with a card that references the FREENOVE web site for a PDF with full instructions. You don't get that from some Chinese accessory vendors. The site was fast and responsive, too.The build looks good and the flexibility of NVMe models is excellent.This will be great for media applications that can use the SSD speed and capacity.Recommended.
