Ah, very good pun!This is a very good mustard. American in flavour and tartness, a little sweet.It is EXCELLENT for salad sangas and on hot dogs (Well, I use decent gourmet sausages and chorizos).Tasty. Five stars.

This is my all-time favourite mustard. It has the true American mustard taste, it’s perfect for a hotdog and it’s also very low in sugar. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Although it does have a mustardy flavour, its not that strong, and the contents are fairly "liquidy" .If you are not a fan of harsh mustards this will give you the piquancy youmight be looking for without overwhelming whatever it is squeezed onto ... myself I like a bit more of a punch . this one is more like a friendly shoulder pat .
