Je bedrade apparaten slim maken
De IO-module van frient werkt als een brug tussen je analoge, bedrade apparaten en je draadloze smart home netwerk, zodat je je analoge apparaten kunt laten samenwerken met je smart home. Het kan geïnstalleerd worden in verschillende soorten apparaten, zoals elektrische jaloezieën, garagedeuren of warmtepompen.
Op afstand je bedrade apparaten bedienen
Als de IO-module is aangesloten op een bedraad apparaat, kun je het apparaat eenvoudig op afstand bedienen met je smartphone. Hierdoor kun je bijvoorbeeld je elektrische warmtepomp in je vakantiehuis op afstand bedienen als je er niet bent.
Je huis automatiseren
De IO-module is ook ideaal voor het maken van automatiseringen in je huis, zoals het sluiten van je elektrische jaloezieën wanneer de zon schijnt of het openen van je garagedeur als je aan komt rijden.

Excellent module Zigbee avec plusieurs entrées. Connecté à mon serveur Jeedom je remonte l'etat de mon portail (ouvert/fermé), les impulsions du compteur Gazpar (pour suivre la consommation de gaz au quotidien), le passage devant les cellules du portail (pour faire sonner une enceinte connectée). Un seul module pour plusieurs fonctionnalités simples sur contact sec.

Das Modul wurde bei mir direkt in Home Assistant mit ZHA (Zigbee Home Automation) erkannt.Ich habe aktuell zwei dieser Module im Einsatz (aktuell nur die Eingänge) und ich hatte bislang keine Probleme.Den Preis finde ich etwas hoch, aber ich brauche auch nicht viele dieser Module, und die Qualität scheint auch zu passen.

Para controlar una puerta de garaje, necesitaba un módulo capaz de enviar el comando (Switch 116 en HA) y también obtener el estado de apertura/cierre del interruptor de contacto de límite en la rueda del motor (Binary input en HA). No hay muchos módulos Zigbee con esta última opción. Reemplaza un Fib_ Smart Implant que no siempre enviaba el estado en mi configuración. Este módulo Frient es 100% confiable hasta ahora, instalado hace unos meses.

Tried to pair this device with 4 ZigBee hubs:-Alexa Dot 4th generation: can't detect- Home assistant: detected but not fully functional.- Sonoff ZigBee 3.0: can't detect- Tuya ZigBee 3.0: can't detect- Smart Life: can't detect.This is a pricey device that is not compatible with most popular ZigBee 3.0 systems.Waste of money.
