I've used this adapter to mount a variety Canon EF lenses on a Fujifilm X-E3 camera and it's been perfect. Build quality is superb. The only design issue I have is that there is no tripod mount on the adapter itself. If you use it with larger lenses, they most likely have their own tripod mounts built in so this should not be an issue. If they don't you may be putting undue stress on your camera's lens mount.

This is a 10/10 recommend. If you’re looking to adapt canon lenses for Fuji this is one of the best adapters on the market. It has good autofocus connectivity from the ef to x mount. The aputure ring is an added bonus. If u have the sigma 18-35 it will definitely elongate the lens making it a bit front heavy for gimbal work so make sure u get a gimbal with motors strong enough and able to balance. Overall a great buy!

Currently a college student doing photojournalism as a hobby through the school newspaper. I recently got a Fuji camera and only have bought one lens to use with it. My university library has thousands upon thousands of dollars of lenses available for students to check out but there was only one problem - they are all canon lenses. However, with this adapter I have been able to use all of these lenses with the camera I love so much. I use this adapter quite often and have never had an issue with it. The software install was very quick, just plugged it into my laptop and followed the directions. The autofocus is spectacular, I have been doing lots of sport photography and the image tracking works perfectly still even though I am not using native Fuji lenses. I don’t think there is another Fuji to canon adapter out there that can do what this can. It may be pricier than some of the other adapters with extremely limited features (eg, no autofocus) but that price increase is insanely worth it. If you are thinking about getting this adapter so you can use canon lenses, go for it. You won’t regret it.

I tried to expand the use of this adapter with a third party x2 tele converter to get my 300mm to go to 600mm. Image stabilization worked well but autofocus was hunting quite a bit and not reliable. Can still manual focus at 600mm though with the adapter in place.Straight Canon lenses work just like they do on my Canon body, no problems.
