I stuck this on the back of my TV and around the back of the cabinet it sits on. 5 metres goes a loooong way! (About 5 metres!) I plugged it in and played with the included remote. It gives a wonderful backlit glow.I know some brands of USB striplights can be cut to length but wasn't sure about this, being plugged in and all. But reading the instructions set me straight. It CAN be cut. Not sure what to do with the rest though – so if you only need a metre or two, you might want to get a shorter strip.

These are a really good strip of LED lights with a remote, give off a warm glow ideal for lighting up a dark corner or fixing around and under shelving. The remote works perfectly and can create different level of brightness.
