I find it easy to hold considering its shaped more like an Xbox controller . I bought a backbone and didn't like it for that reason. Controls even are better than the other. Also it holds my phone better than Backbone.

While I was pontificating over the value of getting a Steam Deck when I wouldn't really use it much and it would never leave the house, I came across this product. It works really well for streaming from my gaming PC with Steam Link or anywhere using Games Pass. For the latter you do need a solid 5G or WiFi signal though.It is very comfy, seems very well put together, and expands out up to 19cm. Holds my Sony Xperia 1 V easily, giving me a 120Hz 4K OLED mobile gaming experience. On my home LAN with everything tweaked it runs very smoothly. You will feel the input latency on things like fighting games and driving games, but for open-world games with a slower pace it is perfect. I even managed a few drops on Helldivers 2 with it!Time will tell if the build quality holds up, but so far I am very glad I found this before spending the £ on a Steam Deck. Yes I will be spending more on electricity running my gaming PC too, but for the rare occasions I will fire this up I feel it is justified.
