Overall, I am very pleased with the Bird Solar Lights. These lights are equipped with efficient LEDs that provide a good amount of illumination without being too harsh, the warm white light they emit creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The materials used appear to be of high quality, and the lights have continued to work flawlessly since installation. They have enhanced the beauty of my garden and are a joy to look at. The combination of aesthetic appeal, efficiency, and durability makes them a fantastic addition to any outdoor space.

I love solar anything's in the garden, so these birds fit right in, however, I'm not quite as enthusiastic about these. We've nicknamed them the ghost birds, as during the day they are very white and not at all natural. I've attached the vendor's photo which confused me, as I thought they might have a brown hue. They do not. They are an unnatural-in-nature white which makes them really stand out on the tree during the daytime! However, at night it's a different story. They light in a warm white and look quite cute. The wire length between each bird isn't long, so you'll have to find the right place to put them. I'd imagined in one of my trees (which is where I photographed them) but most tree branches grow at an angle, so the birds looked a little odd (facing down or to the sky). Rethink - find horizontal branches (not so easy), that also need to be long enough to sit all the birds in a line. Hhmmh, not as easy as I'd thought! However the solar panel is good and the birds are still on when I go to bed, even on a cloudier day, so that impressed me. I'm also not sure how long the clips will last, as they feel a little flimsy to me, and being out in the winds, rain, etc., I hope this doesn't make them fail too quickly. I like them, I don't love them, so 3 stars from me.

I'm very pleased with these solar powered lights. So different from any I've seen before, they arrive in a branded box and would make a lovely gift for a garden or balcony. Well made, the ten frosted effect acrylic birds are on a strand 3.8m in length. Before use, simply switch the lights to 'On' and place the solar panel, with protective film removed, in the sunniest spot you can to charge them. Once in position, this can be clamped in place or put in place via the optional black plastic ground stake. The colour temperature here is Warm White. I very much like how the light inside each bird is diffused by the frosted exteriors. Each perching bird has a clamp to enable them to be positioned in trees and shrubs, on trellises or obelisks to great effect. The birds will rotate separately from the base clamps too which adds to their versatility. Not complicated, there are just two options here - steady on or flash. Put them up - and wait for the positive comments.

I ordered this as it looked neat on the product picture and was something a bit different. There are 10 frosted plastic birds with each with an LED light inside and a solar battery pack with a longer gap on the line so it can be placed away from the lights themselves. The birds are quite close together - you can see this in my photo. I think it would have been nice to be able to place them in a tree which would need a bit more spacing so they could go on different branches but for now I've installed them on our otherwise rather dull garage roof. They certainly brighten it up when it gets dark enough! Each of the birds has a clamp which is very easy to clip on to branches (or for our use - on the end of our garage roofing). The solar panel / battery component has two attachments to mount it using a clip or a ground spike depending on where it works best for you. There is a switch with 3 positions - On, Flashing or Off. We prefer just the "On" position where they automatically come on when it gets dark enough (the flashing mode also comes on only when its dark enough). We've had a good amount of sunshine recently and they have come on at around 7:30pm and I've seen them still fully lit up at 4am so the battery certainly can hold a good amount of charge (of course will depend on how much sunlight there is to charge them during the day).In the daylight they do look very obviously plain white plastic but as they're not at eye level we don't really notice them until they come on at night when they look great :)I'm very happy with them - just the small distance between each bird is a bit limiting to the number of ways you can display them. I will probably try a couple of other locations too but happy with where we have them so far. Thank you :)

I received this product through the Amazon Vine programme and this review is based on my girlfriend's opinions.Out of the box I was a bit disappointed. These birds are made of blown cloudy plastic which look a little cheap and are spaced quite close together. By night they are more appealing thank goodness. They are easy to set up and the solar panel gives a decent charge even for its size. For £12.99 the value for money is just ok
